It Resolved That Council hereby ratifies the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 1652 contract changes as outlined in the Memorandum of Agreement attached to Closed Session Report # 2024-GG-038; and That Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a new Collective Agreement (CA), effective April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2026; and That Council approve the recommended salary and benefit enhancements for the Non-Unionized staff as outlined in Schedule “B” attached to Closed Session Report # 2024-GG-038; and That By-law Number 2722-2017-AP, as amended, be hereby repealed.
