it Resolved That the presentation on the 2025 Capital Budget Planning, be received; and That Council confirm the amended 2025 Capital Projects Council priorities as published on the September 16th workshop agenda, removing the projects not discussed during the workshop; and That Council direct staff to publish and advertise the amended 2025 Capital Projects Council priorities - Capital Projects for Parks, Recreation & Facilities on the Budget page on the website and social media until October 1st, 2024; and That Council authorize staff to submit a grant application through the Community Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Fund for the following project: • Beaverton Arena Upgrades (new ice pad, boards & backers, new glass)
