it Resolved That the presentation provided by Jennine Agnew-Kata, Learning Network of Durham Region, with respect to the Ontario Get SET Program, be received.

it Resolved That the presentation by Nathan Gardner and Loretta Fernandes-Heaslip of North Durham Social Development Council with respect to an Annual Update be received.

it Resolved That Council adopts all minutes of previous Council meetings as listed in Section 9.1: Council - March 9, 2026 Council - Closed Meeting - March 9, 2026 And receives minutes of Advisory Committee meetings as listed in Section 9.2: Brock Accessibility Advisory Committee - January 20, 2026

it Resolved That the agenda be amended to bring forward Section 10 Sub-Committees, directly following Adoption of Minutes, for consideration at this time.

It Resolved That Memorandum 2026-GG-008, Health and Safety Policy Annual Review - 2026 be received.

it Resolved That Council proceed into a Closed Meeting at 6:52 p.m. to discuss the following matters: personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board pursuant to Section 239(2)(c) of the Municipal Act labour relations or employee negotiations pursuant to Section 239 (2)(d) of the Municipal Act

it Resolved That Council rise & report from Closed Meeting of Council at 8:42 p.m.; and, That Council endorse all direction provided to staff, at the Closed Meeting of Council held on March 23, 2026.

It Resolved That Communication Numbers 191/26 and 192/26, Boathouse Leases, Beaverton Harbour – Assignment of Lease, 66 Harbour Park Cres., Beaverton submitted by Staples & Swain Law Firm be received; and That Council direct the Clerk to amend the lease by adding the requested additional lease holder name.

it Resolved That By-law 3408-2026 be taken as read, enacted and signed by the Mayor and Deputy Clerk.

it Resolved That By-law Number 3407-2026, being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Brock at its meeting held on March 23, 2026 be taken as read, enacted and signed by the Mayor and Deputy Clerk.
