BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receive the verbal update from the Manager of Facilities & IT with respect to the decommission of the Sunderland ice resurfacer; and THAT Council provide staff with pre-budget approval to purchase a new electric ice resurfacer from Zamboni, to be funded in the 2024 budget from either the Rate Stabilization Fund or the Arena Reserve, to be confirmed during the 2024 budget deliberations.
