BE IT RESOLVED THAT Report 2023-PRF-023, Beaverton Thorah Eldon Historical Society Rail Shed Relocation be received; and THAT Council approve the divestiture of the Rail Shed to the Beaverton Thorah Eldon Historical Society; and THAT Staff be directed to assist with the site preparation; and THAT Beaverton Thorah Eldon Historical Society assume control of the rail shed and provide insurance for this structure, maintain the structure in good condition and update the items within the structure along with the historical plaque from Fox Park; and THAT this structure be included in the revised lease agreement as the current agreement expires in 2024; and THAT this resolution be brought forward for approval at the Council meeting of October 23, 2023
