That the meeting minutes from May 16, 2023 be approved.

That Minor Variance Application A/04/23 to increase the maximum lot coverage for accessory buildings from 7.5% to 12.3%; and increase the maximum height of the accessory building from 4m to 5.5m, be approved. The proposed application is considered minor in nature, is consistent with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law and is considered desirable for this site.

That Minor Variance Application A/05/23 to reduce the rear yard setback from 8m to 3m and permit the porch to further encroach into the exterior side yard up to 2.4m from 1.5m, while maintaining the required setback of 1.2 metres to any lot line, be approved. The proposed application is considered minor in nature, is consistent with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By- law and is considered desirable for this site.

That Minor Variance Application A/06/23 to expand the legal non-conforming use and non-conforming structure, be approved.
