Carried. Further discussion took place between the Committee members and the applicant regarding the remaining variances requested. M. Lohnert asked if there was a length for the garage that the Committee would support? R. Maleus, member, noted the concerns regarding the streetscape and general intent of the Zoning By-law. They understand the limitations of a skinny lot but not prepared to support a 900 square foot garage in front of the house based on the current plans. Would like to see the variance
