That Staff Report COA-2023-001 with respect to Minor Variance Application A/01/23, which is seeking relief from the Township’s Zoning By-law 287-78-PL (as amended), to reduce the required front yard setback to 7m and the associated porch setback to 5.1m, be received for information; and That Minor Variance Application A/01/23 to reduce the front yard setback of the house addition to 7m and the setback of the front porch addition to 5.1m, be approved. The proposed application is considered minor in nature, is consistent with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law and is considered desirable for this site.
