That Minor Variance Application A/09/23 to reduce the front yard setback from 8m to 1.3m; reduce the minimum centreline setback from 18.058m to 11.3m; and increase the maximum height of an accessory building from 4m to 5.09m., be approved. The proposed application is considered minor in nature, is consistent with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law and is considered desirable for this site.
