BE IT RESOLVED THAT report 2022-CO-006, Tender B2022-PW-02 Routing, hot lance sealing be received; and THAT staff be authorized to proceed with the recommendation of awarding the tender to Falcon Road Services Inc. in the amount of $33,600.00.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Report 2022-PRF-002 entitled “Corporate Flag and Proclamation Policy”, be received, and THAT Council approve Flag Raising & Proclamation Policy # PR-9 and delegate to the Clerk or designate the authority to administer Policy # PR-9, and THAT Policy PR-3 Half Masting Policy be rescinded and replaced with Policy # PR-9 and included in the Township of Brock Policy Manual.
