That minor variance application A/02/23 to increase the height of the townhouses to 11m and to permit cantilevered floors on the second and third storey to project up to 0.75m into the exterior side yard with a reduced exterior side yard setback of 2.25m, be approved. The proposed application is considered minor in nature, is consistent with the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law, and is considered desirable for this site.
