That the public meeting in respect of the subject applications be closed.

That committee endorse Report 2021-PCA-06; and approve the Draft Plan Conditions of Application S-B-2019-01 to be provided to the Region of Durham; and endorse Zoning By-law Amendment 3038-2021 for approval at the June 28, 2021 meeting of Council.

That Report 2021-PCA-14 be received for information.

That Report 2021-PCA-17 be received and that Committee supports a moratorium to the Site Alternation By-law and that soil only be permitted if it meets any of the requirements listed below: Fill that is required as part of road works

That Committee break for recess at 2:47 p.m.

That items listed under Section 12 Correspondence be approved as Consent Agenda save and except agenda item 12.8.

That committee has no objection to the request for a shared cost of a chain-link fence as contained within communication number 807/21, subject to all requirements being met.

That staff look into our policy regarding the cost sharing of chain link fences where private properties abut Township owned properties.

That we do now adjourn at 3:06 p.m.
